When simply changing your mind:
- We are happy to accept your exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Returned merchandise must be unworn.
A receipt and/or proof of purchase is required for all refunds, which will be made in the same tender as original payment.
Should an item be defective or wrongly described you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note. Quality is important to us; any minor defects will be repaired by a Wittner approved quality repairer. We cannot be responsible for fit, comfort and normal wear and tear.
When returning an item purchased with a promotion dependent on multiple items (i.e. Spend & Save, 40% off Second Pair), the item you keep will revert to full price and the value of your reimbursement will reflect this.
SALE
All items sold as “SALE” are eligible for a credit note or exchange. We are not able to provide a refund for these products. Please note: customers can only redeem credit notes in store and not online.
